1994: Founded HKS Prozesstechnik GmbH as a garage company

1994 – 2017: Owner and managing director of HKS Prozesstechnik GmbH, Successfully developed the company into the technological market leader in the field of welding data monitoring with 25 employees, Establishment of a global sales network

2017: Acquisition of HKS by ESAB, the global No.2 in welding
